How to Screenshot on iPhone 15 (3 Quick Methods)
Taking screenshots on your iPhone 15 is simple once you know the right ways.
In this guide, I'll show you 3 easy and fast methods to capture your screen on iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. No apps, no tools — just built-in features.
Method 1: Side Button + Volume Up
This is the fastest way for most people.
- Go to the screen you want to capture.
- Press and quickly release the Side button (power button) and Volume Up button at the same time.
- You'll see a small preview in the bottom-left corner.
- Tap the preview to edit or share, or just wait for it to save automatically.
Your screenshot will be saved in the Photos app.
Method 2: AssistiveTouch (On-Screen Button)
Great if you don't want to press physical buttons.
- Open Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch.
- Turn on AssistiveTouch.
- A floating button will appear on your screen.
- Tap it > Device > More > Screenshot.
The screen will flash and the screenshot will be saved to Photos.
Method 3: Back Tap (Double or Triple Tap)
Super convenient once you set it up.
- Open Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Back Tap.
- Choose Double Tap or Triple Tap.
- Select Screenshot from the list.
- Now just double-tap or triple-tap the back of your iPhone 15 to take a screenshot.
This works for all iPhone 15 models.
